Delivery Policy

  1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

 

  1. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Vancouver.
The availability of delivery is not guaranteed and the Company reserves the right to deny delivery at any time if the conditions in the Company’s sole discretion so justify.

  1. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the time of departure from the store, rather than the time of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the estimated delivery times.

  1. Delivery Instructions

Delivery will only be achieved if the delivery instructions are accurate and precise.  Failure to communicate required suite numbers, door or gate codes or numbers may result in an inability to complete delivery.  The Company is not responsible for delays caused by missing or imprecise delivery instructions provided by the Customer.

5. Delivery Charge

Delivery charges may apply to remote areas or for large orders. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
